Edwin Cooperstein  Chairman of the Board, CEO and President

...has been involved in the creative and business aspects of the television broadcasting industry for over four decades.   Mr. Cooperstein founded and managed WNJU-TV Channel 47 in New York in 1965,  KNXV-TV Channel 15 in Phoenix in 1979, and was president of the Arlington Broadcast Group from 1979-1986, supervising the creation and operation of commercial TV stations in Birmingham, Boston and Milwaukee.

Pat McMahon  Director and Vice President, Network Programming

...has been involved in radio, television and the entertainment industry for four decades. Mr. McMahon has been in radio station program management and a longtime award-winning talk show host and commentator on KTAR Radio Phoenix.  He was a popular television personality on the KPHO-TV Channel 5 children's series "Wallace & Ladmo Show" for over 30 years.  As writer/producer he owns and manages "The Idea Factory", producing commercial Radio/TV announcements and programs for major national and local advertisers.
